Army: (1) Army AI Integration Center BAA (AI2C/Futures Command) seeks models for AI-assisted decision-making and human-machine collaboration. (2) DEVCOM Analysis Center BAA supports “teamwork diagnostics and intelligent decision-support capabilities” (3) The ARL BAA covers broad AI/robotics/C2 science, including command-and-control support.

Navy: (1) ONR’s Command Decision Making (CDM) program funds cognitive + computational decision-support tools tailored to command environments. (2) Navy SBIR topics under orders like “Automated Multi-System Course of Action Analysis” target AI planners for COA assessment.

Air Force: (1) AFRL BAA: AI & Next-Gen Distributed C2 explicitly targets AI for command and control across multiple operations. (2) Other DoAF BAAs on “Next‑Gen Command & Control Capabilities” cover AI toolboxes, interactive learning, tactical AI.

DARPA: (1) DBM (Distributed Battle Management) and PAE (Perceive-Actionable Entity) programs align closely with DASH goals. (2) DARPA BAA topics include battle management C2 and analytical tools

AI Transformational Model accelerates battle staff decision-making ‘seven-fold’ in Air Force experiment

New AI tools sped up a command staff’s decision-making process seven-fold in a recent wargame in Las Vegas, according to the Air Force. The experiment, called “Decision Advantage Sprint for Human-Machine Teaming” (DASH), is the first of three DASH wargames planned for this year.
