Time to go trolling the university surplus warehouse for shelters and 
such.... One may be able to get something written in provided that 
another department is supported on campus. Does anyone use weather 
stations there for tracking conditions for some of the agricultural 
research? Win-win... Of course, one needs someone to climb a tower to 
hang things, and shunt-loading the tower might not be compatible with 
Davis gear. ;)
