Hi gang,

Actually, the beam antenna wrapped in plastic is not a home-brew.  It  
is a Tennadyne T-12 log-periodic antenna donated to the club by Jimmy  
Lee (AE4HF, Rogersville, AL).  Yah, it IS huge. Somewhere, I have the  
assembly instructions...
