Dear Instructors,

I found out that quite some students use Mac OS to work on their assignments and the Microsoft office version they would have by default is office 365. Since we are using Microsoft office 2016 and the instructions for all the assignments follow this version they need to get office 2016 on their Mac Computers. I have attached screenshots of the steps they will have to follow in ascending order to get Microsoft office on their Mac OS, also this is a free download for students(need to use school email ID to log in/register).

Step 1. Go to office.com<http://office.com/>
Step 2. Sign in (or Register if not already signed in)
Step 3. Click on Install Office 2016 apps
Step 4. Make sure to download office 2016
Step 5. Open the file that was just downloaded
Step 6. Follow the instructions to install Office 2016

This will help us answer their questions better and will make all the text book references valid as they will be on the same page.
