Here is the current status of all 15 canvas sections.

Responsible instructors should fix the listed issues before noon tomorrow.


comp1000-001: no issues
comp1000-002: no issues
comp1000-003: no issues
comp1000-004: UTA has access BUT role should be changed from "TA" to "Observer".  "Student and Instructor Contract" Quiz is not published.
comp1000-005: UTA has access BUT role should be changed from "TA" to "Observer".
comp1000-006: no issues
comp1000-007: Linyuan doesn't have TA access. UTA has access BUT role should be changed from "TA" to "Observer".
comp1000-008: no issues
comp1000-009: UTA has access BUT role should be changed from "TA" to "Observer".
comp1000-010: no issues
comp1000-011: no issues
comp1000-012: no issues
comp1000-013: no issues
comp1000-014: no issues
comp1000-015: no issues

Dear Instructors,

I hope you are having a nice evening.
I checked all 15 sections on canvas for the following:

  *   If the sections were published.
  *   If MyITLab course IDs were posted and correct.
  *   If the instructor and grader information on canvas homepage were posted.
  *   If the first lecture has been uploaded.
  *   If the UTA and TA (graders) invitations were sent and accepted i.e. if they had access...


And this is what I found out:
comp1000-001: TA invitation sent to grader but waiting to be accepted.
comp1000-002: section has no UTA, hasn't yet uploaded lecture for first class.
comp1000-003: no issues.
comp1000-004: instructor is yet to fill the canvas home page and publish it. No grader and uta invitaion sent and therefore no access.
comp1000-005: Change home page for grader info from John Osho to Venkatesh. Yet to send an invitation to uta.
comp1000-006: lectures not posted. grader and uta invitation not sent and therefore no access.
comp1000-007: grader and uta invitation not sent and therefore no access.
comp1000-008: lectures not posted. grader and uta invitation not sent and therefore no access.
comp1000-009: grader and uta invitation not sent and therefore no access.
comp1000-010: unpublished canvas homepage. uta invitation not sent and therefore no access.
comp1000-011: no issues.
comp1000-012: canvas not yet published
comp1000-013: no issues
comp1000-014: section has no UTA. canvas not yet published
comp1000-015: no issues


Please make sure your canvas sections are rectified and published by noon tomorrow.
