Hey Dr. Dozier,

Does anyone in your organization have experience with Authority to Operate or ATO development for the USG? How about fine tuning LLMs to support writing documents?

We are evaluating an upcoming SBIR with a partner and are looking for university partners. I wanted to reach out to you and see if you knew of anyone on your side. I am attaching the opportunity we are evaluating.

Note: goal is to win Phase 1 so we can move to a Phase 2. Even if you don’t have the experience now, we could help shape future research to support upcoming needs.

Let me know!
