[Veritas-vx] Request for command level VCS simulator.

A Google search for "vcs simulator download" quickly led me to this link:

By the way, it is generally more productive to ask VCS questions on the
"veritas-ha" list (veritas-ha at mailman.eng.auburn.edu) rather than the
"veritas-vx" list.
