[Veritas-vx] is there any way to run vxvm commands without rootprivileges?

Hello,
Sudo is not wanted by executive committe. For rbac, whic priviliges, I need to use for vxvm commands?

Or you can use solaris RBAC but sudo way is more simple you must install the package for it.
