[Veritas-vx] Upgrade SF {4.1, 4.0} servers to SF 5.0MP3 RP1 questions

Hello, I'm looking to upgrade some Solaris servers running vxvm/vxfs 4.0 and
4.1 to Storage Foundation 5.0 MP3 RP1. I only received the DVD with 5.0, no
maintenance pack. My question is:
When I bring the server down to single user mode and install 5.0 is it safe
for me to just install the MP3 and then the RP1 right over the 5.0 install
without rebooting in between each step?
