[Veritas-vx] Vxconfig doesn't start on reboot after patching

This was a fresh install of 5.0 with Mp1 applies on top, and MP1_R5 on top of that.
I run vxinstall, it starts up just fine, but doesn't start up on reboot.

Where do I look.
