#vi cmd_file (make changes as you require)
#sh cmd_file

You might be able to use an invocation of the `vxprint -am` command
(don't have the man pages on me to be sure of the flags, sorry) to
create a sort of configuration command file. You can then move that file
to another system and feed that file to `vxmake`. Can't remember whether
or not you'll have to massage the command file to reflect the different
disk names on the new system, though.
