[Veritas-vx] Non-oracle user owns Oracle DB instance--VCS

I'm working on a VCS cluster that's running
an SAP implementation.  We plan to control
failover with the Oracle agent.

It's currently set up with the user "orarda"
rather than "oracle" as the db owner.

What effect, if any, will this have on VCS default
behavior?
