[Veritas-vx] encapsulating rootdisk , but root disk does not have any free slice

Sorry, you must have 2 free slices to encapsulate rootdisk. That means
unallocated for any other purpose, unassigned, 0 space, etc. It's a
hard requirement, I'm afraid.

I'd recommend tarring up 1-2 of those slices, encapsulating, and then
converting them into veritas volumes instead of hard slices. Chances
are they wouldn't be required in single-user mode anyway, right?
(you really only need 2 in single user)
