[Veritas-ha] Adding a new Instance

Hi VCS Guru's,

My customer has a 2 node VCS 1.3.0 cluster with several different
applications running. There are multiple instances of the same
application (a simple process).

Currently for each instance one resource is defined. Adding a new
instance is done by a adding a new resource to the cluster which means a
configuration change.

Since the VCS cluster is in the responsibility of an outsourcing
partner, my customer wants to add and remove instances without changing
the cluster configuration.

Is there a way to do this, e.g. with an intelligent agent?
