[Veritas-ha] VCS Group Owner

It seems like I never add in the Enabled = 1 directives in the main.cf . On
one occasion, I added it into , the cluster came up fine, with the virtual
IP and volume mounted and shared.

However, after the reboot, the service can't be brought up. It keeps
complaining that 'waiting for group membership".

It's been a while since I last configure my 1st  VCS cluster. And worst
still, the cluster now sits behind a firewall which only allow ssh.

The hagui does not start up correctly. The gui is incomplete, with
CDE/openwin window manager unable to draw the gui.

Any idea how I shoul dgo about with it?
