[Veritas-ha] license question

I have a 2 node VCS 2.0 cluster.

Node one is down and won't boot ( I can fix this, its not the issue I am 
asking about ).

Node two is up, but my license has expired.  I need to use licensevcs 
from the cdrom to install the new temp license I have, but it is going 
to want to do an rsh to the other host.

I am thinking of deleting the system that is down from the cluster, 
using licesencevcs to install the new temp license to the server that is 
up, and then when I get the other system back up, I want to add it to 
the cluster.

Does that sound reasonable, or is there an easier way?
