Hi, Jim. Thanks for the reply.

>How are you mounting the file system?

We are simply creating a mount resource with attribute as follows:

hares -display mount02
#Resource Attribute System Value
mount02 Group global tmstor2_fo
mount02 Type global Mount
mount02 AutoStart global 1
mount02 Critical global 0
mount02 Enabled global 1
mount02 LastOnline global
mount02 MonitorOnly global 0
mount02 ResourceOwner global unknown
mount02 TriggerEvent global 0
mount02 ArgListValues tmstor2-p
mount02 ArgListValues tmstor3-p /tmsas02 samfs2 samfs "" "" 0
mount02 ConfidenceLevel tmstor2-p 0
mount02 ConfidenceLevel tmstor3-p 0
mount02 Flags tmstor2-p
mount02 Flags tmstor3-p
mount02 IState tmstor2-p not waiting
mount02 IState tmstor3-p not waiting
mount02 Probed tmstor2-p 2
mount02 Probed tmstor3-p 1
mount02 Start tmstor2-p 0
mount02 Start tmstor3-p 0
mount02 State tmstor2-p OFFLINE
mount02 State tmstor3-p OFFLINE
mount02 BlockDevice global samfs2
mount02 FSType global samfs
mount02 FsckOpt global
mount02 MountOpt global
mount02 MountPoint global /tmsas02
mount02 SnapUmount global 0

We have two groups, tmstor2_fo and tmstor3_fo. Both have the same function,
i.e. mount one samfs file system per E450 and failover to the other server
if problems occur. Basic stuff. The mount points, /tmsas02 and /tmsas03, are
samfs file systems. They are located on two RAID 5 arrays, one for each file
system. When we try to bring either group online, the mount resource always
fails.
