[Veritas-bu] Pushing to a MAC

I have an AIX master
They have built a new MAC server that they need NB on.
I want to do the command

./install_client_files ftp <clientname>  <myusername>

But I get the following error after I put in my password

Missing directories on <client>.
You cannot install to a restricted ftpaccess user.
       <client> install failed


What is preventing me from doing the ftp?
