[Veritas-bu] Policies not populating after the upgrade from 6.5.3 to 7.0.1

Hello Team,

We just upgraded from 6.5.3 to 7.0.1. Everything seems normal but our policies are not populating in java gui.

Any ideas or pointers are appreciated.
