Yep.
Looks like their FTP site lost a lot of data:
lftp ftp.nbu.support.veritas.com:/pub/support/products> ls
-rw-r--r-- 1 30000 30000 23711784 Dec 24 08:52 281-845-030_1.zip
-rw-r--r-- 1 30000 30000 2383848 Dec 24 08:49 281-845-030_2.zip
-rw-r--r-- 1 30000 30000 89935662 Dec 24 02:39 281-896-193.zip
-rw-r--r-- 1 30000 30000 14799573 Dec 16 19:56 410-645-491.zip
-rw-r--r-- 1 30000 30000 28340539 Dec 16 20:07 410-645-491_new.zip

-rw-r--r-- 1 30000 30000 32512 Dec 18 02:19 CaseID500333139.zip
drwxr-xr-x 3 30000 30000 4096 Nov 03 00:36 NetBackup_Enterprise_Server
lftp ftp.nbu.support.veritas.com:/pub/support/products>
Something is seriously hosed.
Justin.
