yes LTO4 supported on 6.5.
eventhough on the device type, HCART4 doesn't exist.

	NetBackup 6.0X should support LTO-4, the only change you may
need to
	make is you need to upgrade the tpconfig/db file, there is a
"mappings"
	upgrade, check symantec's site, 6.0MP4 should work fine.
