[Veritas-bu] Restore does not complete

Hello, we have a problem with restore.
 
NB - 5.1mp7
 
Master - Solaris 9
Media - hp-ux 11.23
Client - Solaris 10
 
Restore does not completes within indefinite time without errors:

After cancelling restore tapes does not unmounts from drives.
 
Seems like there is some inconsistent in NB internal structures. Tapes
with images (F125L4, F120L4) are registered not on unique  media server:
