Hello Mike,

You will need to patch VxAT and VXAZ as well on both the master and the media server. Here is the sequence of steps:

Stop NBU services
Stop VxAT/VxAZ daemons
Patch VxAT
Patch VxAZ
Upgrade NBU patch

Also refer to the note on Page 110 of the NetBackup 6.5 release notes.
