[Veritas-bu] Removing 6.5.2 and going back to 6.5.1

When I inquired about the same issue, I was told that:

1> It was not just a database rev change, it was a change to the images themselves to accomodate new features in 6.5.2.

2> This is not the same as the old "patches", the release updates for 6.5X and above can have significant feature content. (The exact differences I do not know.)

3> There is an EEB being worked on to handle this.
