[Veritas-bu] duplication failed (failed accessing daemon lock file(158)

Hello all,
 
During a bpduplicate command i get the following error message;
 
4-8-2008 13:03:02 - Error bpduplicate(pid=5976) Could not lock backupid: xxxx.xxxx.xxxx_1217834851, copy 3; duplicate of image in progress 
4-8-2008 13:03:02 - Error bpduplicate(pid=5976) Duplicate of backup id xxxx.xxxx.xxxx_1217834851 failed, failed accessing daemon lock file (158). 
 
Anyone an idea what can have caused this error?
