A Matt Brown from "versitec.com" seemingly harvested this mail lists'
addresses and then spammed a couple hundred of us with a product ad.
Dum-dum doesn't even know how to use his own spam software. My email
came to "Good Morning %FirstName%". Doesn't understand "bcc" either as
the entire maillist was stuffed in the standard address field.
Anyway. To discourage further spamming and mis-use of this list, I
suggest you place "versitec.com" in your spam-blocked source list.
Good morning %FirstName%
CHANGE HAPPENS !
90% of information technology issues are the result of change, the IT
world has long been hindered with the laborious time and effort required
in "finding the change" to fix the problem.
Versitec, an ELITE TSPP partner of Symantec / Veritas for over 8 years
is proud to announce Versitec Enhanced Netbackup(tm) Support (VENS).
Fully backed by Symantec, Versitec is the leading provider of Symantec
Netbackup(tm) support. In addition to direct LEVEL 2 support along with
all the other standard upgrades, patches etc..., VENS also includes
ISOdx for Netbackup(tm) .
ISOdx is a change diagnostic and reporting tool. By proactively
collecting "snapshots" of your systems critical configuration and log
files, ISOdx rapidly detects - DOWN TO THE CHARACTER LEVEL - "what
changed" within seconds. Not only does our VENS solution dramatically
reduce your risk window, it also cuts your Netbackup(tm) case
resolution time by up to 80%!
* No need to change you operational processes
* FAST & EASY to implement (less than 5 minutes in most cases)
* No more countless wasted hours spent on tracking down change
* No more mis-matched log files that prolong case resolution
* Daily CONSOLIDATED "failed jobs" report
* HOLISTIC approach to Netbackup(tm) support
For a limited time, receive the power of ISOdx for NBU at no additional
cost with the renewal of your Netbackup(tm) support!
I would love to meet with you to discuss our VENS solution (even if you
have just "renewed" your Netbackup(tm) support) and the powerful
benefits it can bring to the support of your NBU software! Please
contact me to arrange a convenient time if you would like to take
advantage of our VENS solution.
If you do not use Symantec's Netbackup(tm) product or would like to be
removed from this list, please click "reply" and type "remove" in the
subject area of the reply e-mail
