Is this the first time the backup has been attempted?
Just as a guess.

Check that the link to /usr/openv/netbackup/bin/ libobk.so64.1 is correct 
in your
oracle/lib directory.

we tried to stop oracle, su - oracle, oracle_link (with no error) and
restart oracle
my link is good and permission too

but the problem persist

do you already have this error ?
