Hi All

 

Just a quick question regarding Exchange Information stores.

 

We currently have a derivative  list in one of our policies as below

 

  Include:  NEW_STREAM

            Microsoft Information Store:\SG1

            NEW_STREAM

            Microsoft Information Store:\SG2

            NEW_STREAM

            Microsoft Information Store:\SG3

            NEW_STREAM

            Microsoft Information Store:\SG4

 

 

We have a new requirement on the retention of  Microsoft Information
Store:\SG4, which needs to be kept longer than the rest. For me to
achieve this is it as simple as 

Creating a new policy with Microsoft Information Store:\SG4 and remove
from the existing. Extending the retention on the schedules or is there
more to it than meets the eye ?
