hi,
  when i had configured devices in master server it was successful and was also shown in gui under drives and also under robot.
After this step i tried to configure volume(media) which failed with error message as " no entried in database"
and "ltid" deamon stopped in media server. even if it is started manually it starts n immediately stops.
 '/usr/openv/volmgr/bin/tpconfig -l'  does not show any drives or robot .

What could be the problem???
