[Veritas-bu] 64 bit

I have been trying to load NB 5.1 onto a windows box which runs SQL.
Whenever I try and load the software it breaks the installer and doesnt
allow anything to be installed. 
 
I guess my question is does veritas have a software package specifically
for 64bit machines.
