[Veritas-bu] unable to read cartridge access port information

Hi, 

 

Sun master server on a SAN with one windows server all running 4.5MP5 -
Connected through an ACS which is connected to STK L180 library 

 

When trying to eject media from admin console get the UNABLE TO READ
CARTRIDGE ACCESS PORT INFORMATION 

 

Is this due to a lock file etc? 

 

Your help would be most appreciated
