[Veritas-bu] DSSU vs VTL

According to our Veritas Rep, it is licensed per NetBackup Domain with
support for unlimited number of virtual tape drives.  The price is base on
TB of native disk capacity.

But NetBackup doesn't see the size - it sees another tape drive.  Don't
you have to license that?
