[Veritas-bu] BPDBJOBS_COLDEFS and NBU 5.x

Hi there,
 
With regards to 

BPDBJOBS_COLDEFS for formatting the bpdbjobs command using the -report
options.

Can anyone tell me where I can set these options using Netbackup 5.x on
a windows platform?
I have searched for a bp.conf file and had no joy finding one on our
setup.
Is it the case that I have to create this bp.conf file in the
netbackup\bin folder on my master server?
 
Any help would be appreciated.
