[Veritas-bu] Upgrade 4.5 -> 5.x directly

I don't think there are any database changes from 4.5 to 5.x...you
should be able to migrate your databases over.  Have you done this
before with other versions?

I have a host running NB 4.5 on Solaris and I am moving it to a new
Solaris box of which I would rather just install 5.x instead of
installing 4.5 and upgrading.. Is this possible?
