[Veritas-bu] netware exclude not excluding (target backups)

I've got the same problem (different files).
It looks like NBU is checking for "in use" status
before checking the exclusions list.

Does anyone know if this problem exists in 5.x ??

I've created exclusions on the 'target' of the backup client, but
Veritas keeps trying to back it up anyway. 

It's not hurting anything, but it shows up on the error log report (and
I don't want it to---it's screwing up my stats). 

We're running Netbackup 4.5MP6 on the server (HP-UX), and client v5.0
(Veritas said it was ok---it's supposed to solve some abend problems).
