The closest command might be the bpflist command. You can parse the
backup-id from the .f filename and feed this into the command with this
"-backupid" option. bpflist is undocumented but running it with a "-?"
returns a help page.

I'm looking for some command I can use in scripts that dumps the file list
in ASCII. I would expect the command to look something like:
<command> <possibly options> <.f file from somewhere in the catalog>
It should produce output similar to cat'ing a .f file from pre-v4.5.
I'm now looking at bplist, but I haven't found the command line manual page
for it (yet) to see if an appropriate set of command line options suits this
