It should also be noted that in this situation, if the window is large
enough, the schedule with the shorter retention may run if the first job
finishes while the window is still open.

Window for both schedules is 22:00 to 04:00
Monthly job completes at 01:00
Weekly job will run within a few minutes after 01:00 because it still
has an open window.
