[Veritas-bu] Not Validated?

I am trying to restore data to a different server than it was backed up on.
I went to the machine I wanted to restore on, opened the client and
specified the Netbackup machines.  When trying to pull the file list it
fails.  I went to the master and added the new machine as a server
authorized on the old machine.  

I still get "ERROR: Client not validated to perform the requested
operation."

What am I doing wrong??  Thanks
