[Veritas-bu] NBU 5.0 MP1

I've installed MP1 on our machines, the release notes identify some SERIOUS
problems with 5.0m, which we hadn't seen luckily. One thing the job monitor
on Windows machines still displays junk, even though the same on Unix is OK.

veritas support has also been somewhat lacking in help with 5.0 issues.
