[Veritas-bu] 'Stuck' pending request

Here's something I've never seen before

I have a StorageTek L700 Library with 4 tape drives.

Currently I'm attempting to run duplicates. NetBAckup goes through a bunch
of duplicates then logs a request to mount tape 010366.

This request is not being processed. There are 3 free tape drives remaining
(one has the tape the dulicates are being written to) but NetBackup is not
mounting tape 010366. I have attempted to force it by resubmitting the mount
request, with no luck.

Has anyone seen this behaviour before? How I can fix this? I figure I can
kill the duplication process but I want to know what caused it and how to
correct it...
