[Veritas-bu] access to processs

We have a win2k master, on the job monitor, when I
click on process tab on master server --netbackup1, it
came back saying: 

cannot access processes on netbackup1,

is netbackup1 an NT server (it is a win2k machine)
do you  have access to view processes on "netbackup1"?

Did I miss anything? I do have all the hosts name in
hosts file and bp.conf file.
