[Veritas-bu] HP LTO on Compaq Windows 2000

The NT group at my site is having problems losing connectivity to the HP
LTO drive attached internally to their system.  To troubleshoot, we have
unloaded and reloaded the device driver, but I don't think we should
have to constantly do that.

They can't manually eject the tape, and in Veritas Backup-Exec, the
drive is "off-line".

Has anybody had similar troubles?
