 It looks like for some reason the /usr/openv/NB-Java.tar.Z was missing or
 removed during the upgrade of the server.  I went ahead and copied it back
 from cd-rom and then used the update_clients to push the java components.

    update_clients -ForceInstall -Install_Java -ClientList clients.lis

 This appears to have fixed the problem.
