[Veritas-bu] info on /usr/openv/netbackup/NET_BUFFER_SZ

I was wondering where I could get more info/syntax for the following
file: /usr/openv/netbackup/NET_BUFFER_SZ.  I can not find it in the
manuals and I saw it discussed in the user group last November but never
saw any syntax info
