What patch is needed for 3.12 Firmware

I'm not sure about the patch number since I use 2.5.1, but...
In order to upgrade firmware, you have to go through some special
steps as detailed in the README for that patch.  Basically, the patch
includes a file that you must upload to the array using the ssaadm
command.
