Hrm. I thought Disksuite used something like the first metastate db for
logging? Couldnt you control which spindle had the metastate db allowing you to
seperate log from data?
As for the trans log being on the same disk, vxfs has much the same problem
without use of the accelerator mod to seperate log from data causing
undesirable disk seeking?
