Unlike SDS, where you configure hostnames into the SDS diskset
configuration, in Volume Manager each diskgroup has no idea which hosts
are configured to import it -- it only knows which host has it CURRENTLY
imported.  Therefore, it needs no changes to fail groups among more than
two hosts.
