Upgrade SSA firmware to 3.12

I have recently installed Solaris 2.6 on a Sparc10 with an SSA 101, and
now I get a NOTICE message that "Old SSA firmware has been detected
(Ver:3.6) : Expected (Ver3.12) - Please Upgrade"

Occasionally, the system PANICs at this point.

What patch(es) do I need to upgrade the firmware?
