keep in mind that PrestoServe, NVSimm no longer provide the performance
boost that they once did. NFS v3 on the server side uses RAM extensively
for caching and NVsimms are geared towards UDP/NFS v2. If you still use
NFS v2, you'll get some write speedup, but if you have a mostly Solaris
shop, you're probably using NFSv3 (unless you specifically configure it
otherwise). Sun would have to redesign the hardware. I don't think they're
going to do that because of the significant inroads they've already made
towards caching in RAM.
