Firmware and Track Following Errors

The problem was in firmware 412, fixed in 414 or higher. Current firmware 
is 420 which is found in patch 103451-04. The differences between 414, 416,
and 418 is just an improved download program. 420 has a fix for a command 
timeout warning thats rarely seen.

Upgrade to 3.11. Besides the bug fixes it also cleans up all those warning
messages for empty drive slots on boot.
